Large walking beach area as well as great place for windsurfing, Kite sailing, kayaking, boating etc. Walking distance to Azeka shopping center, shops, post office, restaurants, supermarkets etc. No Pets. No Smoking Please. This ground floor unit has a garden/ mountain view.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $50 to $85 per night with a 30 nights stay.
  • We accept all major credit cards and checks though PayPal. $300 refundable security deposit. Additional charge for 3rd and 4th person ($5 per night for additional person). 50% required upon booking and the balance due 60 day before arrival. $120 electric bill allowance to avoid excessive AC and electrical use (typical electric bill runs $70 to $100) I will pay for the electric bill up to $120 per month if the bill goes above that this would the amount you will be responsible for ( for example if the bill is $150 you would be responsible for the additional $30) .
    You are welcome to book 30 nights and use less time or share your stay with friends and family.
  • We accept all major credit cards and checks though PayPal.
    Free long distance to mainland USA, inter-Island and Canada. Free high speed internet.
    All bookings are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the stay.

This was our first time back to Maui in over 30 years and we couldn't have choosen a better place to stay.
The Condo had been totally redone and was like brand new right down to the appliances and bathroom tub and fixtures. The location was great, on the ocean and close to all ammenities. The Pool was never busy and the whole complex was very quiet. The owner Lorena and her husband went out of their way to insure we had a wonderful stay and even had High Speed wireless internet installed just for us.We can't say enough about how much we like our stay and definately look forward to staying there again
