Welcome! Settlers Green Outlet has a huge shopping spree weekend - bring a friend! Our place is great for a family vacation, girls getaway/guys weekend! There is so much to do nearby: hiking, kayaking, horse back riding, golf, mini golf, spas, Storyland (2 miles away), skiing (Attitash 1 mile, Cranmore 6 miles, Wildcat 15 minutes, Bretton Woods 30 minutes), & outlet shopping. Our condo sleeps 8 (1 king, 1 set of bunk beds, 1 twin bed & one queen pull-out sleep sofa). The master bedroom has a TV/VCR. The living room has a TV, VCR/DVD & stereo system. The Dining Room seats eight. The Kitchen contains everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Washer/dryer in the condo. We also have a high chair and pack n'play. Sit out & relax on the private balcony & enjoy the seasons! You will also have full use of the club house (around the corner from our condo) which has an indoor pool & video game room. The condo is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

Come and enjoy all the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Attiash, Wildcat, Brenton Woods and Cranmore resorts all just minutes away. The Mount Washington Auto Road and Storyland are right down the street. For railway fans, take a very unique ride to the top of Mount Washington on the Mount Washington Cog Railway or try the North Conway scenic rail tours or the dinner train. North Conway Outlet shopping is just 15 minutes away! Hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, shopping or just relaxing on the balcony, you're in the middle of it all.

All that the Mount Washington area has to offer outside your front door and all the on site amenities that you need to relax after a day out. Walk to the clubhouse and enjoy the heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi or game room. On your way back pick a movie at the front desk from their extensive library. Most of all just enjoy being in the heart of the White Mountains.

Great family vacation in July

My family just came back from the condo and it was the one of the best vacation we ever had. The location of the condo was great, it was very closed to all major attractions. The condo was fully equiped and the place was very clean. More than anything, the owner was very responsive of question. We will go back again.

Clean comfortable and great location

We are repeat renters and love this place. The master bedroom w/full bath is very spacious. The other bedroom with bunk beds and twin beds are great for the teenagers and grandkids, plus they have their own full bath. The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking. When we arrived last December the fridge was not working properly and Lorie had a new one delivered the next day. The washer/dryer is very convenient for wet ski clothes.
The location is perfect for skiing and shopping. (Attitash is just 1 mile away) The pool, hotub and gameroom are fun for everyone. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.
Hopefully, we will be returning this winter.

Our go-to condo in NH!

My family and I have used this condo on more than one occasion since we enjoy it so much! Each time we have found the condo spotless, well-equipped and comfortable. The resort itself has movies to rent for kids, a pool and playground. The owner is very responsive to inquires and even offers suggestions of things to do, places to eat, etc. in the area. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending this condo to anyone (and have done so in the past!) We'd like to return in the Fall.

What a terrific place! Everything was immaculately clean. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens and supplies, all the comforts of home. We were thrilled with the clubhouse swimming pool and indoor rec areas, and the kids loved the playground. It felt so relaxing and remote, but yet only 2 miles from Storyland, restaurants and groceries/stores. The owner was great to work with, we have already recommended this to 2 other families.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The condo was very comfortable, clean and spacious and so many events were close by. The pool complex and playground were just a short walk away.
