This open, comfortably and tastefully decorated, single floor design condo has a spacious living room and dining room, elegantly designed kitchen with granite countertops, new, top line cabinets, stainless steel appliances and full deck from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the mountain. Awake and enjoy breakfast on the deck or in the dining room as the sun peeks over the mountain. Lounge around the fireplace and just kick back after a fun day of skiing, hiking, biking, or horseback riding. Close to the slopes, with free shuttle service, the condo has a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, gas grill on the front deck, and garage. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd has 2 singles.

Our condo is located 3/10ths of a mile from the ski area of Mt. Crested Butte. A free shuttle runs from the ski area to and from the condo regularly all year. We are on the first stop from the ski area. There also is a free shuttle to the very nearby Victorian town of Crested Butte with its fine restaurants, fun shopping, and great folks. Crested Butte regularly hosts a variety of events every year which usually include a Wild flower festival and a music festival. If you love the mountains, you will love the Mt. Crested Butte area winter, spring, summer, and fall. It is a great place to ski - generally short lift lines, a great place to hike, bike, or horseback ride.

Notes: Cloths washer and dryer are located in a closet near the bedroom. Ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and step ladder are located in the broom closet near the entrance door. We also have a one car garage located beneath the Condo for your use, with additional off road parking outside. The front deck has a small table with 4 chairs. The private deck off the Master bedroom has 2 chairs and a small side table. There is a tennis court, outdoor hot tub with changing room, and an outdoor grill with nearby seating on the complex. All necessary linens, cooking utensils, dinner and glassware are provided. High-speed cable Internet at DSL speeds to be installed November 06.

Very comfortable and clean place with everything you would expect in a "home away from home". About 5 minutes from the ski hill via free bus(every 15minutes) that is about 200 feet from condo. Hard to beat this condo for the money! We really enjoyed it and will come back soon. Thank You!

We stayed 11 nights in this condo Feb. March 2009. It is on first floor but is above garage, so there is one flight of stairs to get into unit. It is very spacious and clean and has a well stocked kitchen. There are lots of windows with beautiful views of the mountain. It is a nice bright condo. Nice TV in living room, no TV’s in bedrooms. The full size washer and dryer in unit was very nice to have as was the garage and ample parking. The bus route is the shortest and most convenient, only a few minutes and drops you right at the hill. It comes every 15 minutes. Beautiful view of the mountain from the deck and we enjoyed the gas grill. The owners were great to work with and available for any questions that arose.

Great Time with our Grandkids!

We really enjoyed this Mt. Crested Butte condo we rented for four days in July. It was quiet and roomy with great views from the balcony off the living room and a hillside of wild flowers off the master bedroom. It was clean with good supplies of kitchen equipment and linens. We did need help with the DVD player, so the owner called a local serviceman to solve the problem. Our favorite activity was fishing at Taylor Reservoir where we caught four rainbow trout. I would definitely visit again!

Condo great for our family. V's paintings terrific! very roomy for the 5 of us during our wildflower July stay!
Great location. The outdoor grill and internet service were a super addition and we used both! Comfy cozy and we had a "BALL"! We will be back!

Really spectacular view of the mountain! The condo is very large and comfortable with plenty of storage. Love the hooks by the front door for hanging up coats and ski gear. Owners very nice and helpful.
