The Cottage on the Square is an ideal place to discover and explore the pristine beauty and unique culture of the Finger Lakes wine region. Located in the center of the town of Hammondsport, NY on Keuka Lake, the Cottage is situated just adjacent to the Village Square.

The Cottage truly offers the best of both worlds - the Village Square with fine shops, pubs and restaurants - and Keuka Lake for boating, fishing and striking natural beauty...all within a 5 minutes walk! And for wine enthusiasts, a better location could not be found with more than twelve wineries in the immediate area.

The property is a newly renovated historic cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, new modern kitchen, dining room, office/library with day bed, magnificent sun porch and private deck for barbecues and outdoor festivities. There is central air conditioning for warm Summer days and a gas log fireplace for chilly Autumn nights. The living areas as well as the bedrooms have satellite TV and DVD players.
