4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and Sauna

Our luxury, contemporary country home has been recently been renovated and updated to accommodate the skiing family. We feature our own private cross country ski trails on 15 acres and are within a 10 minute drive to Stratton Mountain, a year round mountain resort. This lovely home has three distinct levels with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 5-person sauna, recreation room, decks and fireplaces and has been furnished in southwestern motif. Our kitchen has all the necessities for the skiing gourmet, or grill outside on a Weber gas grill.. We've worked to provide total comfort for your stay! The house is complete with internet access, fax, cable service, X-Box, DVD, VCR and a trendmill. Manchester is 20 minutes away if you feel like doing some premier outlet shopping!

cross country ski details: We offer 15 acres of private cross country ski trails on the property. More expansive trails are located at the Stratton Mountain Country Club (less than 8 minutes drive from the house).

downhill skiing options: Stratton Mountain base lodge is within a 10 minute drive from the house; Bromley and Magic Mountains are within 20 minutes drive; Mount Snow is about 25 minutes drive.

Stratton Mountain, Bromley and Mt. Snow skiing within minutes of the property. Plenty of shopping in Manchester if the skiing is not your preference, including wonderful local Vermont restaurants.

I stayed at this amazing home that was just a short six minute drive from Stratton Mountain this past Presidents Day weekend with seven of my closest friends. The house was clean with great wood features throughout, high ceilings in the dining/living room and a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances and marble countertops. It included four bedrooms that comfortably slept eight adults with three bathrooms. The two additional features that I loved were the sauna that fit five people at a time and a ping pong table for some after dinner indoor excitement. It was a tad difficult to tell just from the images how lovely and cozy this home was, but it turned out to be a total gem! The owner was kind, friendly, dependable and professional. I had no problem with the transaction, arriving to the home, our stay and departure. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Stratton! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking in this area. Thank you Mark, we had a wonderful time.
