10 minutes from Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Brand New 2000 sq ft 1 story 4 bedroom 3 bath house, air conditioning, 2 car garage that will sleep 10. We made many upgrades over standard homes. The upgrades are: extra large heated pool, 30X40 screened in pool & spa area. The pool area has these accommodations: 4 chairs, 2 reclining chairs, with cushions and a 4' round table, outside shower. Tile Floors, The 1st Master bedroom has a King bed 26' plasma TV, DVD with garden tub/shower/toilet, 2nd Master bedroom has a Queen bed 26' plasma TV, DVD , with shower/tub/toilet, 3rd bedroom is a full bed 26' plasma TV, DVD 4th bedroom has bunk beds each that share a shower/tub/toilet bath, 1 queen hide-a-bed sofa in living room area, Ceiling fans in the family room,s 37' plasma TV, DVD, cable in family room, baby crib, kid booster seat, high chair, baby monitor, baby fence around pool. Board games and pool toys for the kids. Free wireless Internet.

The house is located in the Hampton Lakes tropical vacation subdivision just a 10 minute drive to Disney World. From Disney World you take US 192 West around 6 miles until you come to US 27, take US 27 south, (direction to Haines City) around 3 miles and Hampton Lakes will be on the left side of the road. Turn into main entrance (McFee Drive). FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: Take 528 west to 4, (Quicker way but it's a toll-road that will cost around $3.00 take 417 west to 4), take 4 south/west toward Tampa to 27, take 27 north around 3 miles and Hampton Lakes will be on the right side of the road. Turn into main entrance (McFee Drive). Located a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Center and Shopping!

Additional information about rental rates

  • 4 night minimum stay. $300.00 Security deposit.
    $18.00 per day to run pool heater (if you want it, suggested between September 1and May 1).
    If you want to rent the house, please email me to request a contract and note if you would like pool heat.
    Your dates will NOT be locked-in until I receive your signed contract and security deposit.
    The special rates that we have now are so low that it's hard to believe it's a brand new house in July of 2004. The low rates are our way of getting the word out on how nice our house really is. In exchange for the special pricing we hope that you can help spread the word on how beautiful our house is. You may pay by using a money order, cashiers check, personal check with no additional fee. If you are paying by credit card and do not feel secure sending credit card numbers in email then call me with the credit card numbers. Please note will be a 2.5% fee for using credit card or a $10.00 fee for using money transfer.
  • In order for your dates to be locked-in I must receive your signed contract and Security Deposit within 7 days from when you received the contract. If the security deposit is not received the reservation will be canceled. Please note the reservation is not confirmed until this deposit has been received. Once a reservation is confirmed half the rental amount is due within 60 days. The remaining balance owed on your reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date. If you choose to pay by credit card a 5% service fee will be added, or you may send a cashiers check or money order. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, providing no damages occurred during your stay. Please note that any damage over the security deposit is still your responsibility.

Notes: The house has all the furnishing of home. Common questions: There are towels, yes a washer and dryer, there is no additional cleaning charge, leave like hotel. The pool area has an outside shower. The pool furniture has very nice cushions to relax on. There are two reclining chairs with foot stools, four chairs, and six foot rectangle table. Ceramic tile in all the bathrooms, kitchen area, and the foyer. The house has central air conditioning. Two car attached garage. One more great upgrade is the fact that when you look out the family room door to the pool you are not looking into someone else's back yard or pool. The distance from the family room sliding glass door to the pool is around 15 feet.

Golfing, etc.: There are over 30 golf courses within 15 minute drive from the house. Daytona Beach or Tampa Beach is an easy one hour drive away. Disney World is a 10 minute drive away. Hundreds of Restaurants within 30 minutes. Wal-Mart is 4 miles north on 27 on your right, (around ½ a mile north of 192) and other grocery stores are 5 minutes away. United States Post Office is the next road north of Wal-Mart.

Beautiful Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this house. We were able to make it our home for the Thanksgiving weekend. Thank you Beth.

The house was clean, warm, and inviting. The DVDs and board games as well as the pool were well received by the children.

It would have been nice to have a TV in the room with the bunk beds. We had the girls in there. They were disappointed. My parents were also disappointed that the 2nd master did not have cable or satellite on the TV. I would recommend getting all the rooms outfitted with TVs and cable or satellite whichever is more cost effective.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers

We recently stayed in the house, it was everything I was looking for and more. You're 5-10 minutes from Disney and 20-25 minutes from Universal!
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We've stayed at this house twice, and would recommend for both convenience and comfort.
The house is as discribed, clean and well maintained.
Beth and family are happy to give help where needed.
we would recommend this house to any family as its close to I4 and the 127 so its easy access to Disney and Universal, also International Drive.
Try out Hoolihans Great food and prices.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
