4 BR, heated pool, beachside home with 600 feet to the beach/ no streets to cross. This South Beach oceanside home is perfectly situated in Sea Pines Plantation, right on the beachside bike path to South Beach Village and Marina. Get up first, make coffee, and take it with you down to the beach & watch the morning dolphins at play. The house has 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Along side of the pool is where you'll find an enclosed bathroom and shower for post-beach conveniences. Two bedrooms have King size beds; one has a Queen size bed, one has 2 Twin beds. The sofa in the great room is a queen sofa-bed. One bathrooms has jets in the oval jacuzzi tub. The house sleeps 8 -10, the pool features a soothing waterfall. Heat for pool is a separate deposit fee of $500 for your stay. Upon departure, propane assessment will furnish guests with either a reimbursement of unused propane, or an additional charge to cover accurate usage expense.
