My husband and I stayed at this condo in April 2009. The property was clean and well maintained. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised to find everything you would normally expect to find in the hotel: extra towels, beach towels and beach chairs, detergent, etc. The kitchen had everything that you normally use in your own home :) and it really helped...
However, we were disappointed with the following:
the swimming pool in the community is under reconstruction and was not available for us to use; there was not even a distant ocean view from the apartment and, as this is the end unit and the patio is facing the road, we did not feel comfortable eating outside as there was no privacy....
The owners are very nice - they sent us an information about the island a few weeks prior to our vacation. It contained info with the best beaches for swimming, hiking, produce markets, etc. We really appreciated it...
