This is a nearly new 2500 sq. ft. home and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, living room and family room. It has electrically heated pool and spa. It also has a small sauna room and a wine cellar. It has upgraded furniture, some leather, some granite dresser tops. Fully furnished. Just bring your toothbrush! It also has free DSL Internet service and free long distance. This home is a 20-minute boat ride to the Gulf and is located in the very desirable area of South West Cape Coral. Million dollar plus homes are in the immediate area. Furnishings include three TVs, VCRs, DVD players, intercom with music in each room, surround sound in Family Room. Lanai has BBQ and plenty of outside seating and lounge chairs. The dock can accommodate up to a 40' boat. Boat rental available. Fish from our dock. No need to have a fishing license to fish from a private dock in Florida

We stayed at the house in Febuary of '06. It was a great house to stay in. The house was very clean and what a cool master bath shower. The area is nice and close to Sanibel. Jack and Trisha are great people to do business with. They are honest and very friendly. We are staying there again this year and have already told people about it.
