There is a fully-furnished kitchen, 2 flat screen TVs, phone, deck with breathtaking views of the Midway/Heber Valley, washer/dryer, European shower, jetted tub, outdoor hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ grill, 2 fireplaces, bar area, linens, initial toilet supplies, hairdryer, ironing board, DVD, CD Player, VCR, kitchen island with seating, and internet aircard. Midway is the newest and hottest resort community in the Wasatch Mountains. It is home to the new Zermatt Resort and the classic, American Homestead Resort. It is centrally located and nearby all kinds of activities to include world-class skiing in Park City and water-skiing at the Jordanelle, Deer Creek, and Strawberry Reservoirs. There are many fine restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Homestead's restaurant is at the foot of the mountain, the 5-star Blue Boar Inn is less than one mile away, and the Snake Creek Grille is ten minutes away. There are numerous golf courses within a ten minute drive i.e. The Wasatch State Mountain Golf Course and Homestead is right down the mountain. Soldier's Hollow offers tubing, sledding, cross-country skiing, hiking, and golf. You can find world-class fly-fishing at the Provo River and for those who like shopping, there are the Tanger Outlets in Park City. Midway is your perfect launching pad for the Sundance Film Festival and Swiss Days.

Additional information about rental rates

  • From $485 per night...see details on our website, located under Further Details.
  • Policies: 2-night minimum for non-holiday weekends, Weekly Rate is for 6 nights, rates are in $US and subject to change without notice, deposit of 25% of the rental fee is due upon booking, the balance is due 30 days in advance of stay, all cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance of your party’s scheduled stay to receive a full refund of your deposit minus a 3% processing fee, cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund of their reservation deposit/payment but may transfer with a $100 transfer fee, reservation can be guaranteed with a credit card, in case of damage, renter will be charged the appropriate repair amount, and rental guests are expected to arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must depart before 11:00 AM. Christmas/New Years reservations will be subject to a loss of 25% deposit if canceled inside of 90 days from arrival.
  • Pets are welcome w/a $500 refundable deposit.

What to expect from this neighborhood: You will immediately realize that this is no ordinary rental home and provides a wonderful setting on a serene mountain for your family to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We want you to consider yourself an extension of our family while you're here and thus, conduct yourself like a good neighbor to the others on the mountain.

Snow tires highly recommended: The roads to our home, although plowed and maintained, can be very slick during winter and especially after dark. You can make it up the hill with good tires and a 4X4 but please be careful driving in this area. Please be considerate and realize that several families must use this roadway to enter and exit their homes on a daily basis.

Golf: Home to three of the finest Championship Golf courses in the Heber Valley. Come visit our website for full details through the Chamber of Commerce.

Beautiful Cabin! The owner is great to work with. I held a business retreat here and everyone loved it. I highly recommend this cabin and I plan on coming back soon.
