Extremely spacious, over 2100 sq. ft., newer home in lovely neighborhood on cul-de-sac near Hardings Beach area of Chatham. Wide open floor plan offers lots of lounging space, great early morning sunlight through box bay window in dining room, large living room containing vaulted ceiling and two skylights providing plenty of afternoon sunlight, and a separate loft for TV watching or reading. Master bedroom downstairs (queen bed) and upstairs has one spacious bedroom (queen bed) and one huge bedroom above two car garage (queen bed, two twin beds, walk in closet). Private backyard with patio, large picnic table, and outdoor shower. Community path leading to a 9/10 mile walk to Hardings Beach, south of route 28. Other surrounding beaches to the ocean side or Pleasant Bay are a 5 minute car ride. Also two minute drive to downtown Chatham (including very quaint downtown shopping village, active lighthouse, restaurants and all around enjoyable atmosphere).

What makes this house unique

I designed and custom built this house in 2000. It was designed to be a house with a very fun feel to it. I believe that the wide open design with the loft overlooking the living room provides that kind of atmosphere. You really feel like you are on vacation in this house. Also, it is conveniently located near beaches, bike trails, down town, restaurants, golf courses and supermarkets. It is located in a beautiful cul-de-sac neighborhood which is very quiet and very safe for children.

Chatham, located on the 'elbow' of the cape, is one of the most charming locations on the cape. It offers a variety of activities throughout the year. This sunny and bright home is close to the beautiful Hardings Beach, bike trails, great bass fishing, golf, tennis, scenic views and nature walks at Monomoy Wild Life Refuge. After a day in the sun, enjoy the active lighthouse, the many fine restaurants or strolling through the quaint down town shops.

Great house...

We (2 adults, 2 teen girls) had a lot of fun in this house. Very close to the beach- a walk to Hardings without going on Route 28. The house is very clean and new with all the amenities. We've been coming to Chatham for 15 years and had that many houses- this one is one of the best.

Nice loft area for TV viewing, BIG bedrooms upstairs, master downstairs, nice clean, large kitchen. Big bathrooms. A very good setup.

Location is central to where you need to go, quick jump to the bike trail, easy access to everything. We would do this again for sure. Have a great vacation in Chatham!!!

A Great vacation and a Great vacation Home

We would like to thank you again for a wonderful stay. The home met all of our needs and is beautiful. The kids enjoyed the loft to hang out and watch movies. We had a full house the entire stay and everyone had more than enough space. We appreciated the location of the house and took advantage of short walks for Ice Cream. Hardings Beach down the road was easily accessible by car, bikes or a nice walk.

This is a wonderful vacation home. Friends and I have rented on numerous occasions. The house is immaculate, the decor tasteful and uncluttered. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, great for taking long walks. Bikes are also provided, and the house is not far from a bike trail. It is also close to shops, a restaurant and the post office.
Chatham is one of the prettiest towns on the Cape, with lots of boutiques, a good beach (within walking distance if you like a hike), and numerous restaurants.
The owners have provided everything you might need and are very accomodating.

This home is one of a kind! Impeccably clean, full of bright light, spacious and extremely well maintained!

We just returned from our third year of renting this home and can't wait to return to it next summer! This is a perfect home for families with a large bedroom over garage, a great loft area for the kids and a large yard for after beach fun! Close to the beach and downtown shops- great location.

Wonderful owner who is accomodating and welcoming! I just can't say enough good things!
