This three story home has aprox. 5,000 square feet in located in Kona Bay Estates,A small gated oceanfront community with a 24 hr. security guard. You can walk to a rare safe beach know as the Keiki Beach, or the village of Kailua-Kona with restaurants, shopping, and all the activities. The home offers so much for everyone, pool table, piano, 3 covered lanais, and private pool.There is a private guest suite on the bottom floor next to the pool with its own private entrance and half kitchen. The romantic master bedroom has a private lanai on the third floor and a huge bathroom with a open walk in shower. All bedrooms have their own TV and there is Wi-fi.

The home is perfect for family reunions. Your holiday here is sure to be very memorable.

The home is located close to beach but not on the beach. A sports park is behind the home available for your use including tennis courts, free heated olympic size pool, and basket ball courts. Some intermittant noise associated with baseball games.

Kailua-kona is where the fun is. The house is only a easy short walk to town.

We had an incredible stay at Keiki Beach 6. We were two families traveling with four children under the age of 6. The layout of the home and the amenities were perfect. Everything we needed or wanted was thought of. I highly recommend Keiki Beach for any families with kids. It gives them a chance to experience the ocean without any dangerous waves and gives the parents peace of mind.

We enjoyed all the lanai's in the home and spent a considerable about of time at the private pool and outdoor pool table. It really is the perfect vacation home! We look forward to returning and creating new memories!

This home was everything we wanted it to be. The owners have thought of everything, including lots of beach towels, beach toys, and boogi boards. The home was well appointed and very comfortable for our group of 5 adults and 5 grandkids. The lagoon was perfect for the little ones. We also enjoyed the pool and the pool table. The lanai off the informal dining room was a great place to relax.

Kona vacation

This home was very well kept ,spacious and in a good location .Beds were comfortable .The gated community was walking distance to the village. The beach was across the street and down a short lane. We enjoyed walking on the sea wall each day .Also there was a very nice walking track at the old airport which we walked to most days . Pool was not heated ,but really was not an issue .We enjoyed it all the same. The only down side for us was this home did not have an ocean view from the lanai. I would recommend this home for a larger group ,especially with small children as the lagoon type beach is perfect for them .We enjoyed it too .
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children

Amazing House!

Wow!! This place was awesome! We were all squealing when we first arrived here :) We were a group of 7 people, and had PLENTY of space! it was so much fun spending time in all the different parts of the house and the beautiful grounds. And of course walking down to the little beach for a dip in our personal tide pool, and taking in the sunsets! But we spent most of our time leisurely waking up and enjoying the house, especially the front lanai room.

Thanks again for the perfect spot to celebrate my 35th birthday!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Keiki Beach House. It was a fabulous beach house and the convenience to Kona activities was perfect for us. The house was welcoming and we really appreciated all the little conveniences provided, such as beach towels and boogie boards which allowed us to start our vacation immediately. Also, thanks for the tip that the walking trail at the old airport was nearby, we walked there every morning.
Hope to stay with you again someday!

Keiki Beach Hale is located in the Kona Bay Estates which is a gated ocean front community with 24 hr. guard, and so close to Kona village you can walk there in a few minutes. Across the quite private road is the Keiki Beach lagoon. Perfect for everyone to swim in. There is also a state , and county park adjoining us . Where there is open space to walk the ocean , a jogging trail, tennis courts, and horse shoe pits, and more fun,
Our home is well appointed for you fabulous holiday . Beach chairs, cooler, towels, pool table, piano, cooking items for all the chefs and more. If you need something just let us know.
