Notes

  • All Weekly Rentals include 10% SC taxes and the departure cleaning fees!
  • A signed rental agreement with a $200 security deposit is required to hold reservation. Full rental amount due 30 days prior to check-in. $200 security deposit will be refunded via check after return of the rental keys and upon satisfactory inspection of the premises.$50 charge for lost keys. I accept personal checks within 30 days of your check in date or you can pay via paypal or with echeck/credit card directly on the website. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance will require full payment at booking time.Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in. $200 Security Deposit will be refunded only if the condo can be re-rented for that time period. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation forfeit the $200 security deposit.

    Summer rates are weekly only. Saturday is check in day.
  • Minimum of 3 nights required during non-peak season. Only weekly rentals are allowed during Summer and Peak months.  Rentals are Saturday-Saturday only! No exceptions.  Weekly rental rates include all taxes and fees!Check in is 3 pm on date of arrival. Check out is 11 am on date of departure.  No late check-outs!

Property was nice & clean. The owner went out of her way to overnight the key to us as we had a last minute booking. Good location.

Enjoyed our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palace. The condo was perfect for our needs. Although the condo could use some updating, it was a great dollar value. The only problem we had was the toilet in the yellow bathroom. It did not work very well but other units had the same problem. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, lots of linens, toys, bogey boards and chairs for the beach, DVDs and books. It had it all for us and the young ones who came to visit. Thanks Elizabeth!

Wonderful Relaxing Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this condo right on the beach.  It was nice having sheets and towels and many of the comforts of home provided. That's not always the case  with beach condos. The owner provided good customer service and answered all my inquiries quickly. I would recommend this unit to friends and family and I would stay there again.

This is my third time staying here and I always enjoy my vacation. The condo is centrally located and so close to the beach. I appreciate all the extras provided especially the books and movies. Everything is so cutely decorated and the owner clearly goes above and beyond to think of all the items you would need while on vacation. Will definitely return again next year!
