Additional information about rental rates

  • All Weekly Rentals include 10% SC taxes and the departure cleaning fees!
  • A signed rental agreement with a $200 security deposit is required to hold reservation. Full rental amount due 30 days prior to check-in. $200 security deposit will be refunded via check after return of the rental keys and upon satisfactory inspection of the premises.$50 charge for lost keys.Credit card payments are accepted via pay pal. I also accept personal checks within 30 days of your check in date. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance will require full payment at booking time.Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in. $200 Security Deposit will be refunded only if the condo can be re-rented for that time period. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation forfeit the $200 security deposit.

    Please note that I do NOT accept any type of money orders, payment via Western Union or through a third party agent and/or any international inquiries. You must have a valid US address and email address to make inquiries about this property.
  • Minimum of 2 nights required during non-peak season.  Nightly rentals do not include the 10% SC Taxes and a $50 departure cleaning fee. Only weekly rentals are allowed during Summer and Peak months.  Rentals are Saturday-Saturday only! No exceptions.  Weekly rental rates include all taxes and fees!Check in is 3 pm on date of arrivalCheck out is 11 am on date of departure.  No late check-outs!

Beautiful well kept 2 bedroom condo. Great view from the balcony. Sun from 11 am till almost dark. We have already booked again for next year!
