Delightfully decorated in a country Victorian style, this large guesthouse is well appointed and can comfortably accommodate groups up to 33. The Maine MountainView House is just a 5-minute walk to the lake and close to Sunday River Ski and Mt. Abram skiing resorts.

We just spent a week here with 30+ family members. The house was great: very clean and well equipped. The shared waterfront worked well. The hot tub was enjoyed by all especially the kids. The only down side is that the house is on RT 26 which is very busy and noisy but the house is set far enough back that it was easy to keep the young kids away from the road and we quickly got used to the noise.
