A November to remember

Some vacation properties don't live up to their advance billing. This isn't one of them -- if anything, the photos don't do it justice. The townhouse was spacious, beautifully appointed and spotless. The owner thoughtully included all manner of extras -- bicycles, kayaks, fishing gear, beach chairs, coolers, loads of towels and even a cart to haul it all down to the beach (which is just minutes away, as advertised). The beach is not ideal for swimming -- fairly heavy surf and ancient reefs scattered along the shoreline. But it's lovely to walk along and those reefs attract fish (caught a 3-lb pompano that we had for dinner one night). And the complex has a smallish pool for splashing around in, as well as an exercise room. Any problems that cropped up -- such as the BBQ propane tank running out or the provided inkjet printer (!) running dry -- were rectified very quickly. Note to dog owners: this place is heaven. Everyone in the complex seems to have a pooch -- it appears to be a condition of ownership. Overall, this property deserves the top marks that everyone is giving it.

Fabulous vacation setting

I rented the townhome for a month. My experience was wonderful! The home is very inviting, relaxing, and comfortable. It has all necessary items for a most enjoyable vacation. The owner, Jackie is most helpful and attentive to any needs that arise. I love the proximity of both the beach and the pool. It was nice to have a computer with internet access available. The home is beautiful and I hope to return some time for another fabulous vacation on Hutchinson Island.

Peace and Tranquility in Paradise

We visited from England in October (the mullet were running!!!)

This holiday exceeded all of our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. All the comforts of home and only steps from the beach! (and even a big HD TV!!) Fishing, sunshine, beach and beer at CAPS. We can't wait to come back! (and catch more fish - there's even a bait freezer, and rods)

Wonderful Luxury!

We stayed at this beautiful condo/townhouse in February 2009. It was a beautiful unit, furnished with lovely and comfortable furniture and beds. Everything was first class! The owner and her brother were so helpful and gracious. We absolutely loved our visit and would highly reccomend this vacation home. What a joy to visit!
