Puerto Vallarta Vacation Rental condo

This condo was very clean and well kept. It is within walking distance to the beach (be careful with the steep stairs). I would stay here again and again!!!

I had an amazing time here with friends. A lot of it having to do with where we stayed. The villa was just perfect! It was more spacious than I had imagined (there were 5 of us) and it was always kept clean and tidy by the maid. I loved that there were so many windows so that we could let in the nice sea breeze and the ceiling fans were enough to keep us cool at night. The pool was very nice as well, with plenty of pool side seating. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The owner also gave us plenty of information and tips.
It's about a 10 minute walk down to the beach and when we were at the beach we loved going to The Blue Seas Beach Club but which I think is really called Bite Me. Some other favorites were El Repollo Rojo, Xitomate, the best pina coladas were at Cafe de Olla and the best french toast (mexican style) was at Freddy Tucan's.
I didn't do much shopping but I did fall in love with just about everything at Serafina.
It was great vacation and I have already recommended this place to everyone. I will for sure be going back to this villa.

This place is amazing!

I've been to Puerto Vallarta a few times and this time it was a whole new experience. There's nothing like being on the patio overlooking the ocean and surrounded by tropical plants ---- in the morning with coffee and evening with a margarita. There's also a stone bbq built into the patio. The sound of the large fountain below is so refreshing. My other favorite part is that the windows open completely, letting in the ocean air. There are windows on three sides of the condo for a great cross-breeze and light.

The master bedroom has a big window overlooking the ocean and french doors opening on the patio. The 2nd bedroom has french doors opening onto a small private balcony. The entire condo has terracotta tile floors and is tastefully furnished. It's spacious with large bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. There are huge newly tiled modern showers in both bathrooms, and a big tub in the master bedroom. The complex is very well maintained with fresh paint, new tile, and nicely furnished common areas.

The owner has excellent restaurant recommendations (Try Red Cabbage!). The front desk can arrange cab service, or you can walk a few blocks into town. Better than a hotel, the condo had the spaciousness and privacy of a private residence combined with the convenience of a 24-hour staffed front desk.

There's a great shortcut to the beach down some stairs (reasonably priced beach chair/towel/umbrella service with full food and drink service --- from morning eggs benedict brunch to 4:00 happy hour).

The housekeeper and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. And there's a HUGE swimming pool overlooking the ocean.

Can't wait to go back!
