Decorated in the 'Tommy Bahama' island style you will feel like staying longer once you have arrived. This unique property is upstairs, yet there is no one living above or below and, the unit has no adjoining walls to any other property. A modest balcony allows for sun bathing and evening Bar-Be-Ques. Private laundry located in your own garage. Beware, Large vehicles like SUV's may not fit. Located 2.5 blocks to the beach and 10 minute walk to the Pier and Shopping/dining district. This will make an ideal home base for your family vacation in Huntington Beach.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly cleaning fee of $165 per week required on all extended stays (anything over 9 days).
  • All rentals are subject to a security deposit in addition to the rent. Your security deposit will be held by the owner as a reservation guarantee and then as security on the property. All deposits are returned promptly after departure and inspection of property.
  • Our refund policy is: with 60 days advance cancellation you will receive a full refund minus $110 processing fee. With 59-30 days advance notice a 50% penalty will apply. With 30 days or less advance notice there is no refund. However, if we are able to rebook your dates to someone else, any rent received from the new party will be credited to you up to your original rate or applied penalty.

We were delighted with this property, it was just as described only even better, it seemed. Spacious, clean, well-maintained... The owner was pleasant and most helpful, seems committed to keeping everything in tiptop condition. I would recommend this property without reservation to any friend or relative. The wonderful beach is just about 2 blocks away, and it was easy to walk clear up to Main Street; shopping and restaurants are an easy drive. All Orange County activities within driving distance. We hope to return to this property!
