This luxurious luxurious villa, completed in July 2006, is a true “Executive Villa” located 15 minutes from Disney in the Aviana community. Professionally designed and custom-made furnishings and window treatments throughout the villa add to the charm that will make you wonder why you ever stayed anywhere else. Unwind in the family room overlooking the pool/spa area. With the large screen television, cable and DVD player, the family can relax. For additional peace and quiet, or an excellent spot to read a book, retreat to the formal living room at the front of the house and think of the wonderful times ahead. The dining room is set for you and your guests to enjoy your favorite meals. Preparing the meals in the fully furnished kitchen is a breeze, you just bring the food, and you can sit at the oversized breakfast bar with seating for eight. The fully equipped kitchen has been designed for your convenience and is fitted with Cooker, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator/Freezer.

From Orlando International Airport or Sanford Take south airport exit to 417 (Greenway). Head south/west towards Disney until you reach Interstate 4. Head south towards Tampa on I4. At Exit 58, turn off I4 and turn right onto Osceola-Polk County Line Road. Go down to the 'T' junction and turn left onto Hwy 54. Follow down to the end and turn right onto 17/92. You will see the resort of Aviana a short drive up on your right.
