This townhouse sleeps 9 people, 3 bathrooms, a loft for the kids that is great and they love it. It's located at the Village of Loon Family Resort, close to the pools/ playground. Enjoy views of Loon from the living room, master bedroom and decks. Your stay includes Full access to the Fitness/Swimming Club, which is two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four hot tubs (one outdoors), sauna, Fitness Room, 12 tennis courts and basketball courts. Nearby enjoy riding, mountain biking, hiking, and the scenic gondola sky ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain in the summer. Close to down town, great restaurants, movies, take a walk/ride up Loon mountain, hiking, so much more. Zipline is awesome. Call me with any questions. Your family will have fun. This townhouse is great for two families or invite friends -very comfortable -two private bedrooms and a loft that sleeps 4 people. A pullout bed in the living room and two futons in the master bedroom. Enjoy a great clubhouse 2 indoor pools and two outdoor pools with a large kiddy pool, 4 Jacuzzis (1 large outdoors), sauna, exercise room & 12 tennis courts. Hundreds of hiking trails, 10 acre paint ball, horseback riding, night tubing in winter, river swimming/tubing across the street in the Pemi River, mountain biking, gondola rides, live theatre, skiing, ice skating, Whales Tales water park, Lost River, in-line skating. Free shuttle bus service to and from the mountain during ski season, right from the driveway! A gorgeous ride through the Kang highway to North Conway. Located At the Village Of Loon Family Resort: Loon Mountain A four-passenger gondola carries you to the Loon summit, where you can explore glacial caves, hike a self-guided nature trail, climb the observation tower, and clamber about on a mountaintop playground. (Located Right across the Street) The Franconia Notch bike tour starts with a shuttle to Echo Lake, followed by a downhill ride on a paved trail that passes the Flume Gorge and superb vistas. After an active day, the Viaggio Spa offers treatments such as a blueberry soy facial and a chocolate truffle hydrating body wrap (each 50 minutes).

Our family and another family shared this condo for 9, for a long weekend in January. It was a wonderful condo, with all the amenities, tons of sleeping areas, beds. Great to have DVDs right there in the condo! Very cozy living room with gas fireplace. Awesome clubhouse with 2 pools, 3 jacuzzis, etc. Only negative was small kitchen, but we managed! Proximity to Loon Mtn. and Kangamangas (restaurants, movie theater, etc.) was great! We had a terrific time and would definitely go back!
