The Woods Resort and Spa is a luxury condo development on 100 acres. Private shuttle bus service during the ski season transports you to the slopes only 4 miles up the road. The Woods is the nicest development at Killington, where you see trees & snow out your windows (weather permitting) as opposed to large condo buildings. The full-service Spa has a pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, a gym, and outdoor tennis courts. 2-story corner condo unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a loft. Master bedroom has a queen and the second bedroom has 2 twins. There is a whirlpool jacuzzi tub and private sauna in the master bath, wood-burning fireplace, clothes washer/dryer, televisions, dishwasher, outdoor patio & grill, parking in front of the condo, and full use of the pool and Spa and facilities. Upgrades for 2008/09: 2 new living room couches; two new double Aero beds; new twin mattresses in 2nd bed - Ask to see more photos.

  • Rates include 10% VT tax. Rates do not include one-time exit cleaning fee of $125 per stay.
  • Prices include 10% VT tax. Linens, soap, and towels are supplied. There is a one-time exit cleaning fee of $125 per stay. Payment is accepted in US currency only, unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed upon in advance by the owner. A 50% payment of the base rental is due upon booking to reserve the property. Full payment is due 25 days before arrival, or your reservation is subject to cancellation. Credit cards are accepted to pay for your reservation (Visa, MC and Amex) – please note that a 4% service charge will apply for use of a credit card to pay for your reservation. A security deposit in the amount of $350 per stay is also required upon booking and will be returned 5 days after departure. Alternatively, a credit card can be used to serve as a damage/theft security. There are no Saturday arrivals or departures.
