Wide open meadow surrounded by mountains for private hunting on 224 acres, spectacular mountain views from front porch, very private, great convenient location acres of pristine wilderness, hiking, biking, private pond for fishing, swimming and canoeing, private Gas Grill. Elegantly furnished, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, a well equipped kitchen with dish washer, laundry room with washer and dryer. One queen bed and four bunk beds. Fireplace in the living room, TV with DVD/Video player. This property is perfect for summer, fall foliage vacation and ski season. Excellent 18 hole golf course within 15 minutes drive, very affordable, 30 miles to lake George, 10 minutes to lake St. Catherine. For Skiing, approx. 45 minutes to all nearby ski areas (Killington, Okemo, Bromley and Whiteface Mt.) Large property Excellent for outdoor sports and activities.

Cabin is 5 minutes away from lake St.Catherine. Convenient place for fishing , boating, jet skiing,etc. Private hunting on 224 acres. Also a private mountain for hiking.You can enjoy all the above activities and more in a beautiful private setting!

A real log cabin experience!

We had a wonderful time in this authentic yet comfortable log cabin. It was warm and inviting with a large stone fireplace, plenty of firewood, comfortable beds (1 Qn in 1 room and 2 bunk beds in the other), and a good-sized, well appointed kitchen. The cabin is very attractive and nicely decorated, and the view out the front windows is a serious knockout. The property, which is substantial, is nestled in a bowl-like valley surrounded by small wooded mountains. There is a lovely pond on the farm and the cabin is backed by a fir forest full of deer (we saw many). The only drawback to this view is that the property is quite far from major thoroughfares, but that could of course be seen as a benefit. It's about 45 min north of Manchester, the nearest good-sized town of interest to tourists like us. The owners are conscientious, communicative, and clearly proud of their property, as they well shoud be. The rate is fair and the instructions/directions were very clear and accurate.

We would definitley recommend this property to others and are looking forward to coming back!
