Atlanta Vacation Rental condo

This condo was really cozy and comfortable and clean and was equipped with everything you need for your stay, It was larger than I thought as well, the view off the roof top lounge was beautiful!!! Tracy was really easy to reach if I needed anything and very professional, I would stay here again!!

this is a very quiet lovely unit, the unit was very neat, and very clean. great proximity to americas mart. Building is very secure, I found downtown to be very busy, but i will stay again when i visit atlanta. Tracy was very professional.

Excellent location within an historical building and can house 1-2 people and three is pushing it. It lacked privacy due to small curtians (blinds needed). It faces an enclosed office building with fire escapes that have air conditioning units. The security was excellent and is not a concierge service. Excelllent view of the downtown Atlanta on the 18th floor, but the elevator goes to the 17th floor and you have to walk up about 15 or more stairs to get there.
The condo lacked Southern charm and hospitality. Dishwasher had dirty dishes left from some unknown previous tenants. The dining table had not been cleaned, as well as the outside of the refrigerator. The kitchen sink had an old dirty sponge to wash dishes with. Bathroom had one light bulb out which I twisted and turned into the socket to make sure no one had pulled it out. It was a burned out bulb or the electrical socket did not work. Bar of used Ivory soap left on bathroom sink soapdish. Bathroom sink faucet handle needs is hanging off. The toilet seat is old and peeling which made us uncomfortable. Bathtub was dirty as well as the inner lining shower curtain which had 3 broken holes to which the shower hooks were to hold. When you try to stretch your arms up to wash under your arms you touched the lowered tiled ceiling. The bathroom needs to be revamped, because it even lacked a towel rack to place your towels on. Mind you our visit was for 4 nights and 5 days. The condo only offered 4 wash cloths and 5 towels and there were 2 of us. No daily cleaning service. Broken ironing board; broken dresser bottom drawer handle, top dresser drawer would not close; dry rotted ruffles on Queen size bed; other bed linen had previous tenats hair in it and holes in the sheets for a worn pull out bed in the living room. Rug and furniture needs professional cleaning. When owner informed, never offered or sent cleaning service to clean up filth left by previous tenants; but did drop off college sized ironing board and shower curtain on dining table; which were left untouched. Owner called us the day before to see if we had vacated premises 1 day before our depature so she could send in cleaning service.
I will never use this condo or offer it as a suggestion to anyone else. I want to know why this is even apart of the Home Away Home business. This is my first for profit experience that showed that money not home comfort was the business of the day. I wonder if my previous years experiences were just flukes.
