Lake Las Vegas Villa at Tramonto

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ... what a wonderful and spacious villa!

It was incredibly clean, well maintained, and well stocked with all the necessities of home! This was truly a dream home with a warm and comfortable feel. Everything is top quality ... from the marble top counters and gourmet kitchen, to the stainless steel fridge, the incredible master bath with glass shower and Jacuzzi tub, Bose sound system and flat screens, to the built in convection microwave and oven that cooks a pizza to crispy golden brown perfection. We were very impressed from the moment we got there until the moment we didn't want to leave!

The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions or needs - and everything was easier and even better than promised! All the photos and descriptions were accurate and again did not do justice honestly. We simply could not have asked for more. The LLV area was simply beautiful, and very peaceful. It is 20 min. or so away from the strip in one direction (literally 1 turn out of LLV gets you there) and 20 min. or so in the other direction for a scenic and quick drive to the Hoover Dam.

The villa is on the first floor and the outside corner of the complex which only has maybe 20-some condos in a gated community down a beautiful cobblestone brick drive. It is very secluded and private; we practically didn't see another person during our entire stay - not even at the pool and hot tub which we had to ourselves to enjoy at our convenience during the day or late at night! The condo is on the side of a hill so the back patio is nicely elevated and overlooks the golf course. Beyond the golf course is the village with a mountainside view. It was so nice to sit out on the patio to enjoy the stars while enjoying our grilled steak dinner with a nice glass of wine. Quiet. Peaceful. Relaxing. What a simply perfect get-away.

We can't wait to come back to LLV and stay here again! In that regard it was exactly as quoted for the lease; no extras, no taxes, no cleaning fees, no resort fees, no surprises. The kitchen with local shopping and a Wal-Mart 5-min away saved us a ton of money. Laura was very accommodating and ensured that we had everything we needed - thank you so so much for helping us make our visit a special time we will always remember!

Had a wonderful week stay in this villa ;) Very quiet and relaxing, fully equipped with just about anything you would need and just beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed coffee in the morning on the great patio and enjoyed all the lights on the water in the evening. Would stay again when visiting Las Vegas.

We traveled to Lake Las Vegas with our daughter, son-in-law, and grandson for a family wedding. This was our first experience renting a vacation property which we thought would make it easier to accomodate the little one's schedule. The condo was even lovelier than we had anticipated.The furniture was so comfortable it beckoned you to sit down and relax. The beds were amazing. The kitchen was so well equipped you could prepare a gourmet banquet if you wished (more complete than those of some of our relatives who rented nearby). Laura even provided a pack 'n' play and high chair. The view from the veranda was breathtaking. Laura communicated with us several times before our visit to make sure we had everything we would need in the condo as well as giving us directions to grocery stores and restaurants. This was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this property.
