Completely surrounded by luscious tropical greenery in beautiful quiet gated community of Truman Annex yet only one block away from Duval and Mallory Square. Covered porches overlooking private swimming pool. Beautiful hardwood and tiled floors with high ceilings and lots of ceiling fans. This home has 4 bedrooms (all queen) and 4 bath's and is called Bloom'n Paradise and can be rented in conjunction with the house next door which is 318 Admirals Lane with a private gate between the two houses.
