Beautiful remodeled home in private New England beachside community: Bonnet Shores. Owner was a previous Martha Stewart Living employee so one can imagine the attention to detail. The home is very well appointed with beautiful bed linens, gourmet kitchen and everything and anything you might need for a perfect picnic lunch at the beach or a sunset picnic dinner while listening to the JVC jazz festival in Newport. The home has a beautiful open living/kitchen floor plan with skylights and a large deck amidst a beautiful canopy of trees... perfect for lounging or dining. Walk to the beach or through Audubon protected trails to the URI Marine campus. Little beach is steps away, shuttle to Kelly beach or take one of the many bikes and wagons like the locals. Bonnet Shores Beach Club quest passes available for vacationers who want the ease of parking at the beach. High Speed Internet Access and Fax/Printer available.

Also I have used a crib rental company in the area who will bring the crib set it up and come back to break it down and pick it up....info available upon request. There is also a sofa in one living room and a sofa in the other for extra guests.

Notes: The home has two different living rooms. One living area is on the 2nd level . It is an open floor plan with the kitchen which opens to the living area and opens to a large out door deck amidst a lovely canopy of trees. The other living area is on the lower level of the home and we have made this our entertainment area with TV/DVD player, large seating area and floor cushions for movie watching.

School year renters: we are looking for a group of MATURE students to love and respect our home as much as we do. It is a great house for a group of six. It is close to everything based around URI and it is in a beautiful location. It is perfect for students at the Bay Campus because of it's close proximity. There is a hiking trail across the street from the house that leads right to the campus...a beautiful 10 minute walk.

Summer renters: this is a perfect home for 2-3 families who want to vacation together or for a large family. There are 3 levels with 2 beds and 1 bath per floor.

The house will have bikes, wagons, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers...everything you need for a perfect day on a beautiful New England beach.

Golf: There are several great golf courses in the area: Jamestown, Beaver River and Exeter are our favorites.
