This superb oceanview row, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located at a beach access and just a short drive to Ocean Creek, The Marina, Beach Club and central island amenities. It has been newly renovated and has new furnishings and bedding throughout. Beach access is just out your back door less than 50 yards away. The home is just 300 yards from the beach club. Newly renovated and fully appointed, our home was built to foster family reunions, accommodate multiple families or golf groups while preserving privacy. Accommodations: 5 large bedrooms with 3 king beds upstairs, a 'Playful' kid's room downstairs with three sets of bunk beds. Even take the elevator from upstairs to the downstairs!
