Provincetown West End (Cape Tip Estates) 2100+ square foot of living space townhouse on multiple split levels (modern and recently redecorated) in the West End of town. CENTRAL AIR-CONDITIONING, split-level townhouse with privacy and views! 3 bedrooms with 1 NEW King and 2 NEW queen size beds. There are NEW 24 inch televisions with DVD/VCR/Cable in each bedroom. Each bedroom has an iHome for listening to your iPod. Wireless DSL internet (individuals must bring their own computer and wireless card) Washer/dryer, linens and towels included. Outdoor gas barbecue Garage and driveway Parking (for 2 cars total). Kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, breakfast bar for two, and is stocked for 'dining in' . No pets. No smoking indoors.

At the tip of Cape Cod, Provincetown is a great destination for vacationers! Stroll along Commercial Street and view the shops and art galleries or ride a bike (Bike rental shop two blocks away from our condo) to the beach. There are many weekly festivals during the Summer months. There are great restaurants along historical Commercial Street--the main thoroughfare through town. Our location is close to Bradford Street and West Vine Avenue in the West End.

Great for a Week's Getaway!

The owners are very nice and communicate well every step of the way! Their place was inviting, well equipped with cooking utensils and hardware (for those nights when eating out just aren't enticing), and the central A/C can't be beat when dealing with the hot and humid weather of late summer! The layout is ideal with only a half flight of stairs separating one level from another. Overall great time and hope to come back soon.
