Welcome to Olive Grove, Fig Tree and Banana Valley Villas! Your perfect sanctuary in the Aegean area of Turkey, where style and luxury meet tranquillity and sunshine. Olive Grove, Fig Tree and Banana Valley Villas are three new custom built and luxurious architect designed villas with private swimming pools and outdoor Jacuzzi,s situated in the rolling hills just outside the picturesque resort town of Marmaris, Turkey, where the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas meet. The villas offer the discerning holiday maker the perfect place to relax and unwind in a tranquil and beautiful location where privacy and serenity is assured. The villas were designed by Ayten Antay, a well known and award-winning local architect, who specialises in leisure construction and whose work has featured in many architectural and design magazines. The villas are typical of her craft: light, airy and spacious, cool in summer, seamlessly combining a taste of traditional Turkey with modern style and luxury.

All villas have large and totally private swimming pools (Banana Valley Villa 7x4 m, 1.5 m deep, Fig Tree and Olive Grove 10x5 m, 1.5 m deep) with a wide poolside area with teak furniture and parasols. Banana Valley Villa has also an outdoor Jacuzzi next to the swimming pool with magnificent views across the wooded valley. The accommodation is self-catering, with fully equipped kitchens incl. electric cooker and oven, electric B.B.Q., microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and fridge with a separate freezer, plus crockery and cutlery, all in custom designed and produced surroundings. Each villa has a telephone to receive calls, satellite tv, dvd player and cd/casette player (please bring your own music). All are fully air-conditioned. We offer you a welcome pack (continental breakfast or light dinner depending on your arrival time, fruit and wine).

Marmaris is located near (90 km) to Dalaman airport. From the centre of Marmaris the villas are 6 km away and are located on a quiet and scenic forested slope which all nature lovers will adore and with just one farm house in the neighbourhood you can be assured of total seclusion and privacy. Travelling around and exploring is easy and recommended, a minibus service passes just 200 metres away and runs between 8 am and 9 pm or if you prefer we can arrange car hire. The local environment is suitable for any kind of leisure activity, from walks through quiet, secluded forests while the close proximity to the sea means that you can swim, scuba dive, jet-ski, fish, parasail, yacht and mess about on the water to your heart's content, while for the more energetic we can arrange mountain bike hire. The warm sunny climate guarantees sun nearly all the year round and in the summer months any depth of sun tan you require is assured!

We stayed at Fig Tree Villa in October, and were amazed by the property. It is secluded, with lovely views stretching down the wooded valley. We hired a Jeep, arranged by Eeva and Max the owners, for a few days and drove into Marmaris, 10 minutes away, as well as to other nearby destinations.
The villa itself was exactly as described, well fitted-out with all amenities, and our 3 young kids loved playing in our own swimming pool while we relaxed on the terrace sipping the local Efes beer and Raki! The villa provided a cot for our youngest, and we felt very comfortable and treated with respect by the multilingual-speaking owners, who happen to be Finnish and English.
All in all, we loved the quiet seclusion, but also the nightlife on Bar Street. This was great as we had an English-speaking baby-sitter to look after the kids, again arranged by the owners. We are planning on returning this summer with some other friends from Dallas.
