This condo is in the hart of North Conway, just off 'the strip'. It is within walking distance of the outlet malls and many good restaurants. It is just a short drive to Mt. Cranmore, Attitash, and Bear Peak. A little further away are Wildcat and Shawnee Peak [about 30 mins.] Many hiking trails and the Saco River are nearby also.

Floor plan: The first floor includes the master bedroom with full bath, Kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and pull out queen sofa bed, cathedral ceilings with skylights. Glass door leads to the deck with a gas grill and screened in porch. The second floor has a bedroom with two full size beds and one single bunk. It also has a second living room and a full bath with a jetted tub. From the second floor is a challenging stairway to the loft which has two single beds in it. There is a full unfinished basement that includes a laundry area and a game area. There is a ping-pong table, a dart board, and a foosball table.

The condo was immaculate, and had everything we needed. It is also in a great location, right off of rt16 in North Conway. The grounds and pool are also very nice. We had a great time!

We recently returned from the White Mountains, our second stay in this condo. The owner is very nice and attentive. The condo is in a great location, convenient to everything but off the main strip. It's immaculately clean, and the kids love the loft and all the fun things to do in the basement. I love the screened porch, a great place to relax. Thank you for another pleasant experience!

Place is extremely nice. Everything was very spacious and well put together. I would say the only negative was that even though it fit 10 people comfortably sleeping and living. There was really no place that all ten people could be at once (other then the basement). Great location to downtown north conway and close to several skiing mountains.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The arrangements were easily made on-line and the property was clean and comfortable. The location was great because of it's proximity to skiing, shopping, and restaurants. There was plenty of room for 2 small families (we had a total of 7 people) and the kids thought the loft was fun.
