Quaint cottage nestled in a quiet hilltop neighborhood, with great ocean breezes. Newly renovated kitchen. View of Stage Harbor Light and Oyster River from second floor loft. Master bedroom with queen bed. Loft area with four twin beds. Large wrap around deck with ample space for gathering. Deck furniture that includes table and six chairs. Walk to the water via private path to use your kayak or canoe. Town Landing located within 1/10th of a mile for boat launch. Harding's Beach within walking distance, 0.5 miles away.

Rental Dates: We rent from Saturday to Saturday. The rental calendar has been updated to show the renter arriving and leaving on a Saturday, if a Saturday is filled but the remainder of the week is not then that week has not yet been rented. It is a bit confusing and am trying to make it as clear as possible, please feel free to contact me regarding available dates.

This was our 2nd. yr. staying at the Carriage House in Chatham, we love the place and plan on going back again for a 3rd. yr +. It is perfect for a family of 4 plus. The house is clean and well taken care of. Jennifer and Steven are wonderful people. The location is great for the Ocean beaches. We are looing forward to next summer already.
