This home is just the perfect place to spend quality 'Get-Away' time with your family or friends. It is fully furnished, completely welcoming and just waiting for your arrival. Spring Hill, Florida is a phenomenal Gulf Coast locale in close proximity to the cities of Clearwater and St. Petersburg and their gorgeous beaches. The Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens lie just 42 miles to the South and are a very easy and comfortable commute by automobile. 62 Golf Courses circle within a 25 mile radius and the theme parks of Orlando are nearby. Time spent in this home is enviable to those braving cold winters but remains very attractive at any time of the year. We personally try to spend as much time here as possible but in our absence – we want to share this little piece of heaven with you so that you may experience what we love sooooo much about Spring Hill Florida and this unbelievably fantastical place. Make/take time to live a little or a lot - book a visit today!!!

The home comes equipped with a port-a-crib (No bedding) and a small stroller. Please note that the pool is heated by Solar Panels only.

Clearwater and St. Petersburg are a short 45 minutes away with Orlando just a bit over an hours drive.

Golf: You need to sit down for this one....... There are a total of 62 - yes that's correct - 62 Golf courses within a 25 mile radius of this Spring Hill home. 75% of these are Public Courses and include a few Miniature Golf for family fun. What a selection!!!!!!

Bed linens are provided for all sleeping accommodations.

The dining area includes seating for 6 as well as a Breakfast Bar with two stools in an adjacent area. There is a slider that leads from the dining room directly into the screened-in pool area which contains a kidney shaped pool heated by solar panels. The pool area is located to the rear of the home, is very private and receives great sun exposure most of the day. This home is fully furnished and within arms throw to many great golf courses - 15 minutes to Hernando Beach and the Mermaids of Weeki Wachee Springs, 10 miles from Pine Island and 45 minutes North from the city of Tampa which houses Busch Gardens and the nearest airport - Tampa International. Clearwater and St. Petersburg are also just a short 45 minutes away with Orlando a bit over an hours drive - here is where you'll find your favorite Theme Parks and Disney Characters waiting for you!!!
