This premium property is located in a prestigious neighborhood and is a 5 minute drive (10 minutes by bicycle) to Marco Island's fabulous 3 mile powdery white sand beaches. The property has water access to the superb inland waterways in the Marco Island-Naples area, is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and air conditioned. There are local tennis facilities and the Naples area has some of the best public golf courses in the United States. There are two or three marinas on the Island where you can rent a cruiser or pontoon boat for the day to cruise up the inland waterways to Naples and picnic on the Gulf beaches. The large pool is heated by both a solar cover and a water heater. I had the water temperature up to 82 degrees at Christmas when we were there.
