Woodlands Villa is a large (2381 sq ft), 2 storey beautifully furnished air-conditioned home with a stunning 33ft pool backing onto private woodland for absolute privacy. Enjoy our spectacular over-sized deck for outside dining & relaxation, including a spacious covered lanai for guests who prefer relaxing in the shade. Our south/south-west facing pool even has underwater lighting for swimming in the evening.
Plenty of comfortable pool furniture is provided including tables & chairs to seat 8 plus 4 sun loungers. Two separate living rooms mean there is space for all the family to spread out & for those days spent at home, a selection of books & DVD's are provided for your enjoyment. Our home offers 3 cable televisions, iPod / iPhone music dock & free high speed internet/Wi-Fi, just bring your own laptop. For your safety and security, Woodlands Villa is licensed by the Florida Division of Hotels & Restaurants & is in full compliance with their strict regulations & high standards.

Woodlands Villa guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to the choice of local restaurants. Literally just a few minutes away at Formosa Gardens, guests can choose from The Outback Steakhouse, Carraba's, Giordano's, TGI Fridays, Crackerbarrel, Buffalo Wild Wings, a Chinese take-away and several fast-food establishments. Also very nearby are the Orlando Ale House, Denny's, Bob Evans, Ihop, Perkins, Ponderosa, Golden Corral, Houlihans, Sweet Tomatoes, Papa John's Pizza, Applebees, Sante Fe Steakhouse & Longhorn Steakhouse.
The beautiful nearby town of Disney designed Celebration - approximately a 12-15 minute drive from the villa - offers several restaurants set around the lake.
