Beautiful condo, perfect location!

Clean, modern condo is part of a very nice condo development on the west end. There are only 7 or 8 condos in the entire development, so it's private & very well maintained with beautiful landscaping/flowers, etc.
The condo is on the 1st floor. There were 2 couples on our trip & we had plenty of space. Very comfortable beds, great showers (modern with glass walls, etc). Also a great kitchen with stainless appliances - we cooked in on several occasions. It was a hot week while we were there so the central AC was great. Washer/dryer also came in handy. Several i-pod compatible stereos/music players. Cozy outdoor deck with small grill. The condo also has one parking space. Overall the condo was extremely clean & comfortable, we felt right at home. We had dinner guests on a few occasions & everyone was jealous of where we were staying!
Perfect location on west end of Ptown - 10 minute walk to center of town. But far enough away from the noise of Commercial St. so it was a very quiet area. Bike rental shop/food market right across the street was very convenient. Most mornings we'd grab a breakfast sandwich & the NY Times at the market. We had our bikes reserved (Gale Force Bikes) so we picked them up upon arrival. Easy & quick ride to town, beaches, & especially the great bike paths that go through the dunes in the National Seashore area.
Great diner just a few blocks away (Tops'n Tip). Victor's is a great higher-end restaurant less than a block away.
Overall it was a great experience with friendly service from the owners, with some nice touches like fresh-cut flowers on the table when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Ptown.
