Palm Beach Gardens townhouse is in a gated community and includes 3 huge bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It comes completed furnished with brand new furniture. The rear of the townhouse faces the marina and is just steps away from the pool and clubhouse. A private dock is available for boats up to 40 feet. Also on the property is a hot tub next to the pool, clubhouse with bathrooms and showers, and a fitness room. We are located just minutes away from the beach, shopping, golf courses and nightlife. Palm Beach International Airport is just 11 miles away.
