Come relax and enjoy one of Rhode Islands best beach towns. Our clean, well-equipped house is conveniently located less than a half-mile from Narragansett Town Beach. Also within close walking distance are restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, ice cream parlor, and playground. There are 2 living areas, one on each level. The top level has a full kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. There is a 42' plasma TV in the living room. The bottom level has a full kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bath. Enjoy cocktails and barbeques on the deck off the second floor. Sliding glass doors on the lower level open to the spacious, fenced-in back yard. Other amenities include: * Central AC * 3 Televisions * VCR/DVD * Portable Crib * Washer/Dryer * Games/Books * Beach Chairs. We rent our home from Saturday to Saturday starting the end of June through Labor Day. There is parking for up to 4 cars. No smoking or pets please.

Shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater are all within walking distance. Narragansett is close to the Block Island Ferry, which makes for a lovely day trip. Also close are Providence, Newport, Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Casino.

Our family reunion

We rented this house because it was the first time our family would be together in almost 5 years. It was the perfect size for the 8 adults and two infants. There was even room for 2 more adults if needed. We had room to park our 3 vehicles.The house was clean and had lots of light coming in. Only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. (and little shops). About 15 min. drive to Pt. Judith and the Block Island ferry. About 45 min. to Newport (mansions, shops, etc.)
Several beaches within a 10-20 minute drive besides the one right near the house.
Other (essential ) stores for groceries, etc., nearby.

First time In Rhode Island

Had a wonderful time on our vacation visiting the lovely state of Rhode Island. The house we rented was accommating and the two levels came in handy. The owners were very responsive to our needs. Location of the house was very close to the beach that even a few of us took morning walks daily to the beach. Plenty to do and see and in town within minutes. My 9 year old nephew even beat the adults in our group in a game of minature golf. Day trip to Block Island was an adventure. Wished we had more time to spend and plan to come back next year.

This property is great for a big family who just wants to relax . . . its in a great location! Very quite, huge back ground - great for those who have small kids. Rooms are spacious and the property itself has everything you'll need. We enjoyed our time there . . . and would recommend to anyone looking to rent!
