- House has a beautiful reverse floorplan with the master bedroom, den, and kitchen all on the upper floor giving you incredible low-country marsh views. Master has a queen bed, and the den has a sleeper sofa, with a love seat that could be used to sleep a small child. The main level has a second master with two twin beds with a rocking chair porch overlooking the front yard. Another large bedroom has a queen bed with a screened in porch access. The final bedroom has twin bed with a trundle bed, a favorite of the kids.
