This newly renovated home has hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, large kitchen and dining area, an outside deck, rec room and a stove for chilly, mountain evenings. Warm colors throughout and lots of natural light.

Situated on 10.5 acres, between Belleayre and Plattekill Mountains it is 10 minutes away from skiing, swimming and tennis. An 18 hole golf course is right down the road. It is close to the villages of Margaretville and Roxbury where one can explore art galleries, restaurants and antiques. This comfortable chalet has it all. If you just want to de-compress, hike into the backyard woods where you are minutes away from a stream and waterfall.

Recreational Activities: We are 1 mile from an 18 hole golf course and skiing is 10 minutes away at either Belleayre or Plattekill Mtns.

We are on 10.5 acres and surrounded by forest on 2 sides.

My wife and I have been renting dog-friendly cabins in Maine and the Catskills for the last 20 years and this property was about the best I ever had the pleasure of renting. Great location with all the amenities in a very quiet location but close to all the sights. Beautiful inside and out stocked with everything you need including web and cable. Plus 90 seconds form a terrific golf and country club! Did not want to leave!
