This home was newly renovated in 2006 with hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, large kitchen and dining area, an outside deck, rec room and a stove for chilly, mountain evenings. Warm colors throughout and lots of natural light. Situated on 10.5 acres, between Belleayre and Plattekill Mountains it is 10 minutes away from skiing, swimming and tennis. An 18 hole golf course is right down the road. It is close to the villages of Margaretville and Roxbury where one can explore art galleries, restaurants and antiques. This comfortable chalet has it all. If you just want to de-compress, hike into the backyard woods where you are minutes away from a stream and waterfall.
