Rules 1:
Young Renters: At least one person in your group must be 25-years-old or older. Breaking this rule may result in termination of the rental with no refund.
Maximum Occupancy: This condo will comfortably sleep 4 adults. Parties of 5 adults will be charged an additional $100 per week. Parties of 6 adults will be charged an additional $200 per week. Parties of 7 adults or more are not permitted to stay in this condo.
Children and young Teenagers: Ensure their activities are supervised (by an adult) at all times. Baby’s with diapers must wear a pool diaper before entering the pool. Standard diapers are not permitted in the pool.
Parking: All guests with vehicles must get a $15 parking pass at the guard gate upon initially entering the complex.
Pets: A pet deposit of $50 per pet is required. Pets may not exceed 20 lbs.
Rules 2:
Furniture: Please do not sit on the furniture or the beds if you are covered in suntan oil or sand. If you have a spill, use the brown utility towels to clean it up, do not use the white bath or face towels to clean spills.
Beach Sand: It's why you came here, but please leave it on the beach. There are water hoses on most of the walkways from the beach. Clean the sand off you, your beach chairs and anything else you had on the beach with you.
Smoking: smoking is not permitted inside, PLEASE smoke only on balcony areas and use a pop can or other deep container for an ashtray so your neighbors don't get showered with ashes when it's windy.
Security Deposit: Your $100 security deposit will be mailed to you after checkout. Broken items or violation of any rules on this sheet will result in a reduction of the amount of security deposit that is returned.
Noise: Loud parties, loud music, or loud voices are not permitted.
Rules 3:
Laundry: The linens and towels are clean when you arrive. They will not be cleaned during your stay by the maid service. You may, if you wish, wash them in the unit's washer and dryer during your stay. Do NOT leave more than 6 towels or 3 sets of sheets for the maid to wash. You will be charged $50 extra if you do.
Liability: We cannot be responsible for any mishaps that occur during your stay. By renting our condo, you agree to assume all liability for personal injury and property damage caused by you or your guests during your stay.
When You Leave: Checkout is at 10:00 AM. When you check out, if you used dishes please wash and dry them and return them to their original locations in the unit. Make sure the coffee pot is OFF. Strip beds that have been slept in and leave the sheets on the floor. Clean the stovetop and take out ALL the trash. Turn the lights OFF. CLOSE and LOCK the windows and doors and lock keys back in the lockbox. Leave the thermostat set at 75°.
