Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Sedona, Arizona
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly Rental $950 - $136 for an extra night, (after seven day stay) Weekend Rate (3 nights) $320

Payments may be made in US Dollars or from the United Kingdom in Pounds Sterling. (when dealing in pounds the rate exchange to be agreed in advance). Holidays require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Reservation Deposit: 100% for up to 3 nights stay. 50% for longer than 3 nights if booking is made 60 days in advance. Full payment to be made 14 days in advance.
Payment Method: Payable in US Dollars by Check or Money Order. All Checks must be cleared prior to stay.
Security Deposit:$350. This will be paid back within 14 days after checkout if no damage or losses are incurred.
The property must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. -
Weekend Rate of $320 Includes arrive Friday Night after 4pm and Depart Sunday by 12 noon.

- The Master Bedrooms en suite bathroom has the walk-in closet leading off it. It has a wonderful shower. There is power lighting and instant extra heating plus extraction fan. It has a large counter top area and sink. The Family Bathroom is located on the hallway. It has shower/tub, and extra cupboards. It is freshly painted in spring colors.

- The Master Bedroom has a beautiful dark wood bed. A sofa bed is placed opposite which can be pulled out to create a double bed. The Master Bedroom has an en suite bathroom and walk in closet with drawers and ample hanging space and surfaces. The Master is located at the end of the hallway. It has an additional exit leading to the internal patio area which the house surrounds. The Middle Bedroom has a Queen Bed with matching dressing table, side cupboards and a large built in wardrobe. The Garden Bedroom has a Full Bed with single bunk over the top, ideal for a child. It has a side table and large built in wardrobe. The Master bedroom has views of the internal patio area and trees to the side of the house, the Middle and Garden Bedrooms have views of the large trees out the back.

The Lodge On The Green: Arguably one of the most amazing geological areas in the world. Play golf in the morning and sample breathtaking scenery in the afternoon. At night sit on the open patio and just look up at the stars while you roast marshmallows. The Lodge is in a lush green area in an oasis of large Cottonwoods, Aspen, Pines and greenery. Beaver Creek babbles through. This is a country residence. The home is warm with real fires, inside and out if you want them. The children can enjoy freedom in this safe and friendly area. The area has many deer and other animals which you may see drinking from the creek at the back of the home in the early mornings.
The Lodge on the Green is a 3 Bedroomed home with two bathrooms and one en suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the middle a queen and the garden bedroom at full bed with single on top. The house is situated within the 'Turquoise Triangle' meaning just 7 miles from Sedona, Jerome and Cottonwood. The setting is beautiful, the location is ideal for both golf, fine eating, art, and dramatic scenery. This is a peaceful, charming and friendly area. A great place for golf and then many other activities.
Additional Information on the Area: Jerome Founded 1876, try the carriage tour of Arizona's historic copper mining town. Take a Safari in the Out of Africa wildlife Park. Visit Oak Creek Vineyards or Page Springs winery. For excitement try the Jeep tours through Sedona Red Rock country. Take A Day in the West - Grand Canyon and beyond - Horse Back Tours - Jeep Tours. There are more ideas to be found at the Lodge or on request. This is just a fantastic area for open train rides into the Verde Valley, (this is on par with the Grand Canyon in my view). Plenty for Horse people, Art lovers, Nature lovers. Bird watchers. Come visit, enjoy the Turquoise Triangle (Jerome, Sedona, Cottonwood), whatever age you will come here and find something for you.
Golf: The Lodge on The Green is situated on Beaver Creek Golf Course. The Beaver Creek Course is truly one of Arizona's hidden treasures. Nestled in Mother nature's backyard, it is a must play for any skill level. The championship layout is an 18 hole, par 71 of approximately 6400 yards. Guest Book: 'Thanks so much for letting us stay at your fantastic house. The girls all had so much fun in the dry creek it was hard to get them out anywhere. Fabulous place to stay at! We just loved Sedona (Wow!) . (Very much like the red dirt in outback Australia. I am guessing you have found the Wildflower bread co. in Sedona. Great lunches there, very yummy soups and salads, Sandwiches etc. We will certainly let all our friends know in Ridgecrest (California) about this place...'
