Mountain Home: This is not just a vacation home, it is the owner's second home made available to people who want to get away and at the same time have all the luxuries of a home. The region is family friendly during the day and also has an active nightlife. After twenty years of enjoyable vacationing the owners have decided to share this unique get-away with others of like mind.

No Party Groups: The owners association is very strict about late night noise, so no 'partiers' need apply. There is a restriction of two cars per unit, there is a parking area for additional vehicles.

Ski: Area ski mountains: Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat.

Other Activities: snowboarding
