The professionally decorated condo offers many elegant touches reminiscent of a first class hotel extending to the private 12X8 Terrace. The luxurious interior makes it the perfect vacation spot. The kitchen has everything you need to make the perfect meal for your family, including microwave-Proof dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric can opener, cutting board, cheese cutter, peeler, wine opener, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, a 5X5 laundry room equipped with washer and dryer, iron, iron board. also you will find soaps, paper goods, luxury bed's bedding plus towels and linens. If any friends decide to come visit there is a full sized air mattress with all bedding that could easily be accommodate between dining room and living room. Upon request baby & Infant accommodation is available. Internet Access, DVD,VHS,TV, satellite/cable.

It was perfect for our family...we have a nice time every night going to the clubhouse pool and its very quiet place... you will really enjoy staying in this place....my 7 year old girl loves to stay and live there....

Perfect place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to Disney/Orlando. We did consider staying on the Disney resort but eventually chose this condo and are so glad that we did! It was really nice to be able to get up in the morning and cook our own breakfast and sometimes we packed a lunches to take to the parks and the beach, which saved us a lot of money as well.

This place is only about a ten minute drive to the parks and it's so close to shopping, grocery, restaurants - everything you could possibly want. The condo itself is so clean and well equipped - it has everything! Dishes, soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, hairdryer, curling iron, lots of towels and linens, it even had pet bowls. Next time we will bring our dog :). The wireless internet was a big bonus too. It was nice to be able to bring our laptop and stay in touch. Very comfortable bed. It has a nice pool area even though we didn't have a chance to use it.

Teressa was very nice. She even said we could stay an extra night for free. We couldn't because of our flight, but we would have loved to! :)

We would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay near Disney

My wife and I stayed at the Davenport condo last month. After booking my time I realized that I had a problem with the dates. Teresa was more than accommodating in helping me to reschedule. This gave me a good feeling before we even got there. We liked the fact that the condo was in gated community. The main road is a dead end with very little traffic. The unit is in a very quiet part of the complex and close to the pool area. We spent most of our time at the pool along with a few other people. There is tennis, volleyball, an area to clean you car and it is a great area for just walking. The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. We ate many meals in and we enjoyed both the dining area and deck. The bed was very comfortable. The complex is about a mile from the supermarket and several other stores and just a few minutes from Disney and many restaurants and other attractions. We are returning in the fall. Great find. Enjoy

Nice condo near Disney World

My wife and I rented this condo for 2 weeks inFeb. 2009. We found the condo clean and complete with stuff for the kitchen, washroom, and bedroom. Location is ideal because: a) close to Disney World, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, b) also far from the noise of main city for a quiet and relaxing evening after a hectic day, c) very suitable for a nice early morning walk in the neighbourhood, d) village has swimming pool, basketball court, although we never got the chance to use these as we were always out , e) safe neighbourhood,

We surely recommend this condo to those thinking of vacationing in Orlando/disney world area. Lots of space for a couple, also good for a family of 4 max.
