Our lovely home is only steps to the Lake and the beaches (Spring Lake Beach and Sea Girt Beach) this is a well maintained and super clean 3 bedroom with 2 Queen, 1 Full and 4 Twin Beds, 2 full bathrooms with an Great Outdoor shower!! With a Living room, Den, Large Eat-in kitchen, front deck, and back yard patio, there is plenty of room to relax and entertain!! Sorry No Pets! No Smoking please! There is plenty of parking right in front of our home as well as in the driveway. One-car attached garage for bikes and your beach chairs. Newly furnished. Spring Lake is an upscale vacation community in southern Monmouth County featuring large sandy beaches and boardwalk. A quiet town but close to all of the Summer attractions. Monmouth County is home of some of the best public golf courses in America. Just 20 minutes to Six Flags Great Adventure and one hour to Atlantic City. Also less then 1 mile NYC train transportation

Great Beach House is 1 Block from the Lake ( Wreck Pond ) and 5 Blocks from the Beach! We Have both 5 Pool & Beach Badges For You To Use With A Locker to keep all your beach stuff At The South End Pavilion so there is no need to lug all your beach stuff every day. The Pool which is private ( Only Spring Lake Residents can have access) salt water pool that is filled freshly daily. There are two pools 1 Adult pool and 1 Kiddy pool you can enjoy. We also have beach chairs with an umbrella & Plenty of beach towels for you to enjoy a great day at the beach! We also have a few beach toys for the kids play with and make Big Sand Castle's. During the Summer Season - Weekly Rentals are Saturday through Saturday Off Season ( October through May ) Dates are flexible

Well equipped and comfortable beach house

We just spent a great week at this property. It was very clean and nicely furnished. It very comfortably sleeps 10. The cabinets and closets are well stocked with sheets and towels for a large group. The kitchen is also well stocked with everything you might need to entertain and cook for a large group. They even had a closet full of games that we really enjoyed. The outdoor shower was clean and comfortable to use. The location is convenient to the beach, a small picturesque lake, downtown Spring Lake and the highway to other beach towns. The beach/pool badges included with the rental give you access to one of the prettiest, cleanest beaches on the Jersey Shore and 2 swimming pools at the beach so if the ocean is too rough or too calm, you have another place to go. The owner checked in early in the rental to make sure that everything was going well. I have rented four houses in this area over the last 10 years and this is by far the most comfortable. It is a particularly good rental for someone coming from out of state. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes. The rest is there for you. I would highly recommend it to a friend.
