This brand new house is conveniently located just under 3 hours from Manhattan and 1 and 1/2 hours from the Bridgeport Ferry nestled inside a beautiful Berkshire Mountain Valley. Minutes away from Jimney Peak, Bousquet and Butternut Ski Resorts. Breathtaking views surround this house and may be enjoyed while sipping a cup of hot chocolate or glass of wine on the deck and screened in porch. House boasts an open floor plan great for large families or perfect for the small intimate quiet getaway. All modern amenities create a state of the art and luxurious vacation. Large Master bedroom suite with private bathroom includes dual sit down shower and jacuzzi tub. Two additional master bedrooms on lower level are private and also have mountain views. The media - game room fully stocked- inventory of Dvds, videos, game boards, electronic piano, pool table, basketball, foosball games, large screen television. House is also child friendly. Playpen, linens, highchair, toys and much more!

The Berkshires is known for its cultural and historical buildings, towns, shops, restaurants and the Arts. This house is centrally located to enjoy all including but not limited to Edith Wharton's The Mount, The Hancock Shaker Village, Norman Rockwell Museum, The Berkshire Country Club and Golf Park, Bousquett Ski Mountain and Park, The Berkshire Opera, The Outlets at Lee, The Berkshire Mall, and much much more. Enjoy a day out on a boat on a local lake, or spend the day skiing at either Jimney Peak or Butternut Ski Resorts both within 15 minutes of the house. If you prefer, just relax at the house and enjoy hiking trails within the community, the fitness center, heated pool or tennis.
