Beautifully renovated condominium on the Gulf of Mexico overlooking historic Victoria Drive. Master suite with king size bed. Kitchen with granite counter tops. Terazzo floors. Excellent floor plan. Guest room with queen size bed. Open floor plan. Neutral decor. Tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, our Condo Association no longer allows dogs of any size.

Hiking and Biking: Walking distance to quaint downtown (5-10 minute walk) with shopping and unique restaurants, Pinellas bike trail near condo (30+ miles long), with bike rentals. Historic Victoria Drive located directly outside complex (walking path on the waterfront-- walk for miles).

Golfing: Public course within 5 minute drive from condo

The condo was nice and clean. It was not too far away from some things, but a car was needed for most everything we did... Pretty scenic area , sitting out on the patio furniture watching dolphins in the evening was great, only seen them a few times, but that was great. I must say the helper(cleaning lady) who assisted us when we first got there, was one of the kindest people we met. She was very helpful, telling us some local spots to hit. Even stopped by later and asked If she could do anything more for us. The only downfall, pool was NOT HEATED, we would love to stay there again. Owners very helpful as well.. Thank you so much..

My recent stay at the Victoria was great! The sunsets can be viewed either from the gorgeous courtyard or while sitting along the water’s edge sipping Cuba Libre’s. Deborah the leasing agent was very helpful and informative prior to our stay and the onsite owners were also very friendly and helpful during our visit. (as were all the neighbors who apparently return annually). Before we ever saw the place she had given us all the information we could ever need and helped us when we got there. It was really nice to see sailboats sliding by all day long, even in winter (such as it is in Dunedin). It didn’t have a heated pool, but we didn’t expect one, either, since there was nothing in the literature about it, and we didn’t ask. Anyway—we weren’t there for the pool, but we were really happy to know about Honeymoon Island and Caladisi Beach (Which is apparently voted the Number 1 beach in America year after year)! Wonderful! We even learned to sail!
We enjoyed this place so much we are going to make it our regular destination every year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers
