Absolutely perfect vacation home

Our combined two families have vacationed together for years, usually at beach homes--some near the beach, some on the beach. Although this house was not on the beach and may even have been a bit further from the beach than we are used to (though still close), it is by far the nicest house we have ever rented. The photos were impressive to be sure, but they were also very accurate in depicting the home's beauty and size! It was also surprisingly reasonably priced, given its location (Kiawah Island) and setting (beautifully situated next to a picturesque pond). We loved that the house was well stocked with bikes of all shapes and sizes so each of us could bike the few minutes ride to the beach. We also loved the huge bedrooms, all nicely styled and well equipped with comfortable beds and every amenity you could think of (tvs galore, stereo, games, etc.). Beautiful and functional kitchen as well. And the owners were very helpful and nice and accessble before and during our stay. Cannot say enough good things about this house. We highly recommend it.
