On all contact please request Bears Walk. This very nice three bedroom two full bath home is located just off Pioneer Trail on a quiet street in South Lake Tahoe Paradise. With the intention of making your stay very comfortable we include all linens, dishes and cooking utensils. Cable Internet connection, 2 TVs on cable, 2 VCR/DVDs, stereo, gas fireplace, full kitchen, large dining room table, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one with twin beds, den with double size futon, washer and dryer. Driveway parking for two cars plus a single car garage, spa and gas BBQ on your private deck overlooking forest area. Five minutes to golf courses, ten minutes to casinos with live shows, excellent restaurants and shopping, Heavenly ski area, and the always beautiful Lake Tahoe. Only fifteen minutes to Sierra at Tahoe ski area, thirty minutes to Kirkwood for downhill and cross country skiing. There is an area for mountain bike riding and hiking across pioneer trail in the National forest.

All types of shopping in very beautiful appointed city center by the Heavenly gondola.

Warm and cozy

Very nice and warm house on a quiet street; it's away from all the things (5 miles from ski lift, stores and beach) but in Tahoe you always have to drive unless you're staying in the hotels at Stateline.

For those who like their feet warm in the winter, we've never seen a place with better isolation -- warm floors in the bathroom and kitchen and the kids can play on the warm floor.
