Come indulge yourself in beautiful Palm Valley Country Club! This wonderful home is just the desert getaway you are looking for. It is spacious and equipped to cater to your enjoyment. Our golf, tennis and fitness memberships allow you unlimited play at guest rates. Two golf carts are also available for your use.

This Willow Floor plan has 2489 square feet of living space, plus a 2 car garage, patio off the main bedroom and a large patio off the kitchen and living room with amazing views of the mountains, golf course, water, and palm trees! The patio includes BBQ, dining table, lounge chairs and tables.

The open living area includes a gas fireplace, wet bar and 32-inch flat screen TV with DVR. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, dishware, and basics for your use. There is a breakfast nook attached for casual dining, which opens out to the patio. The formal dining area has a distinctive desert feel with ample seating for 8-10 guests.

There are 3 full master suites with 3 bathrooms, plus a powder room for guests. The first bedroom is luxurious with a California King bed, large bathroom with soaking tub and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. The third bedroom has a soft, sandy desert look with 2 trundle beds (4 single mattresses) and attached full bath. All bedrooms include TV with cable and the third bedroom includes an additional DVR player.

We offer unlimited long distance calling, high speed internet access as well as a wireless connection allowing the comfort of anywhere access.

There is a fully equipped laundry room.

The spectacular Palm Valley club house is the largest in the desert with Jr. Olympic size pool, 16 lighted tennis courts, athletic club, full service spa, and full service restaurants and bar. Perfect condo for a group. Beautiful with lots of room and nice big patio with enough chairs for the 8 of us. Beautiful golf course view. Would love to stay again when we have a big group. Sallie was very accomodating. Would recommend this condo.

PVCC vacation

This was our 7th year renting in Palm Desert, 3rd at Palm Valley CC. This unit was clean, well maintained, floor plan is perfect for young children. For 10 days we had 6 adults & three toodlers. No problem sleeping for the kids. Bedrooms located in back of unit. I have never rented a unit with "all" the amenities (bath & pool towels, dishes, silverware,tuberware, and every gadget available. Major plus west facing large patio sitting for 10 w/afternoon shade,lake, mountain view. We hosted a cocktail party with 24 guests, and room for more. Pool location on cul de sac perfect for our 3 grandkids. Two golf carts big plus...used for in resort travel and rides with Baba & Mimi.
Owner Sallie was over the top. In my 10 years renting vacation units in various states, she covered additional details to help ensure a smooth arrival and stay.

This is a fantastic property, filled with many wonderful amenities. The owners could not have been more accommodating and kind! We housed 4 adults and 4 teens/young adults with room to spare. A great weekend was had by all.

Great place for any age. Plenty of activities to satisfy anyone. The condo is a spacious, kid-friendly, beautiful, and well appointed with plenty of room to spread out and relax either together or alone. The bikes and golf carts were wonderful additions to ensuring a great time by all. Enjopyed a wonderful Thanksgiving with family. The dining room table was perfect for our group of 10 for dinner. So much fun for everyone aged 6 to 86. Everyone said it was the best Thanksgiving they'd had in a long time. Thanks to Sallie for her hospitality, assistance and patience. We would all definitely love to stay again.
