We provide Free Hi-Speed Wireless Internet throughout the luxury penthouse (if you prefer a wired connection, we also provide a hi-speed Ethernet connection in the living room).
The Owner's Suite has a King bed with plush pillowtop mattress & luxuriously smooth sheets, a 20' cable-TV, and a large private bath. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with plush pillowtop mattress & luxuriously smooth 600 thread-count sheets and a 20' cable-TV.
PET-FRIENDLY
If you can't stand the thought of your well-behaved and potty-trained dog (sorry, no cats) locked up in a kennel, he/she is welcome to stay at our house. Because many of our other guests have allergies to dogs, we do require you to pay a $135 non-refundable pet cleaning fee in addition to the normal cleaning fee. Upon your departure, our cleaners will perform a thorough 'deep clean' and remove all traces of pet hair and dander so our next guests can breath easy.
After a long day, sit back in our spacious living room and enjoy watching your favorite shows or DVDs on our 37-inch Flat-Screen LCD TV surround-sound home-theatre system with 71 cable channels including Free HBO. If you're looking for a little more active recreation, feel free to play any of our large collection of board games while you're staying at our penthouse. If you are into a little higher tech gaming, you are welcome to use our Playstation 2.
If you enjoy a good home-cooked meal even when traveling, then you'll really love the fully-equipped Gourmet Kitchen. We've made sure the kitchen includes everything a good cook needs to prepare a gourmet meal. Our kitchen has all the appliances you'd find at home--full-size refrigerator & stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, ricemaker/steamer, blender, electric mixer, electric can-opener, and dishwasher. We've made sure to include a full set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware so you should feel right at home. Our spacious formal dining room comfortably seats 6. If you need to conduct a meeting, it easily can be transformed into an executive conference room.
Enjoy the panoramic views from our fourth floor balcony. Our penthouse suite overlooks the entire resort. Our building has 2 elevators so you won't need to worry about carrying your baggage up the stairs.
Don't bother trying to pack enough clothes to last your whole trip and lugging them around through airport security. Pack light and use our home's full-size washer & dryer as often as you like. Feel free to use our ironing board & iron, too. And leave your bulky hair dryer behind too. We've provided one in every bathroom for you.
