TIME FOR WINTER FUN!!!!!

My family, consisting of myself, my husband and four adult children have stayed in this beautiful home for a long weekend for the last four years. We rented other homes two years before we found this gem. The house is spotless and well stocked with everything a person who loves to cook would need. My children and husband ski at Sunday River, 15 min away, and I relax, read prepare dinner and enjoy the awesome view. There is a wall of windows overlooking the frozen lake with a view that is amazing. Before and after dinner we love to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy a cocktail and share our day or play a game. In the evenings, in the distance, you can even hear the faint sound of the train going by. The owners are very nice and provide everything you could possibly want for an enjoyable stay. My family looks forward to this weekend all year and hope we can enjoy the Linehan's home for years to come. Whether you ski or just relax and unwind you'll love it!

This is the second time we have spent MLK weekend at this home, and we will certainly be back for more. The home itself is beautiful with a large living area/kitchen/dining area which was the perfect size for our group of 8 adults. The views from the living room of the ice and snow covered lake and mountains are beautiful, and we had a great time hanging out by the huge fire place drinking hot toddies and playing board games. Additionally, the house has WiFi and a great TV and sound system.

The owner provides very clear instructions for taking care of the home and was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the rental process. Additionally, the owner was very prompt in returning our deposit.

I would definitely recommend this home to a group of friends or a family seeking a winter getaway!
